Second year staying at hidden Dune 1605.

We were so happy to see the new furniture in the condo. In the main bedroom, there is nice new dresser, end table and headboard. The dining room has a new table and chairs, and there is a very nice heavy coffee table.

This year we had no issues there and no reason to call a manager or anybody else.

It is so wonderful to wake up and look out your window and be right on the sandy beach and beautiful ocean. It takes literally three minutes to walk from your door onto the beach. We were lucky enough to see a stingray and a few dolphins swimming from the balcony.The pool and hot tub were always available and not at all crowded. At the end of our stay, the condominium was getting new lounge-chair, chairs, and regular chairs for by the pool and on the patio.
We took a car ride and ate in Panama Beach city. It was fun to walk on the pier and see the people fishing.
It was important to us to be a bit away from the main street therefore it was very quiet all the time. The grounds are beautiful and it was nice to walk around there also.
It would be nice to have bigger TVs. It would also be nice to have a change of linen for the beds since we were there a month.

We spent a month in this condo. It was almost perfect. The view is the best thing. You wake up to seeing and hearing the surf. The beach and white sand is beautiful.
The building and grounds are very well maintained.
The condo was spotless. The beds were very comfortable.
the cons: In the Kitchen there were 2 old dishcloths for our use, one oven mitt. We ended up buying another oven mitt and flat bakeware to use. we also bought a pitcher at the dollar store.
The shower in the main BR needs to be caulked again at the bottom, mold starting to grow. Also the water pressure was awful.
We had some trouble with the management in the beginning. The WIFI was often down and it took many texts and calls to fix it. It was irritating.
We also had a plugged shower drain that took a few days to fix.
Altogether The condo and location are great, right off the main street, but far enough that it was very quiet. There is a lot to see and do in the area. Great restaurants and shopping.

Good. Door handle going to the balcony needs to be was very loose the second we opened it. There was toothpaste on the shower curtain that needed to be washed. Needs to be more toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry pods, dish washer pods provider for the price we pay. Beach chairs and a cooler would be nice to keep there for the guests who fly and cannot travel with bigger items. Thank you.

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights in this beautiful, recently updated and well equipped condo in the Gulfside building in the Hidden Dunes complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning a return trip to this unit. Everything was very clean, the appliances are seemingly new, and the pots and pans were new and of good quality. I was especially pleased to find a knife set with knives that were actually sharp. I usually bring my own because I have found knives in other rentals to be very dull. The dishware and silverware are plentiful and of nice quality. Both bathrooms are spacious and well appointed with new towels. The primary bedroom is of a gracious size with large windows and king bed was very comfortable. The living and dining spaces were also well appointed and decorated. The views though are what really make this unit special with expansive views from the spacious terrace. Also, from the entrance side of the building you have great views towards Destin and out across the bay. Hidden Dunes is also an excellent place to stay for any avid Tennis or Pickle Ball players with the Tennis/PB Center offering clinics to improve one's game or the opportunity to sign up to play with other members or visitors, all for a reasonable charge. Additionally, Hidden Dunes is located close to many area attractions, shopping at Silver Sands Outlets and the Grand Boulevard center, several grocery stores and many restaurants. We will definitely be back!

My family of five stayed in this two bedroom apartment for five nights and had a great time. It’s very clean, beautifully decorado, and a perfect size and a beautiful balcony with great views overlooking the pool and ocean. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, and one thing I would have loved to know before, is there was a pack and play there as well as sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas to be able to be used, which was an amazing bonus! I would’ve loved to know this because we packed our stuff.

Pelican 312 was very much as advertised. It was reasonably well appointed and the location was very convenient. My only suggestion would be for the owners to replace the shower heads in both bathrooms. For just a few dollars they could significantly improve the experience of their guests.

My swimsuit was stolen outside our room on the railing and they left the cover up, I contacted the host he reply with a rude text then I went to the front desk and they said they couldn’t help me because they dnt have cameras on that side,do not book room 312 nor any others,the elevators we’re slow and the lights in front of the elevator had bugs and spiderwebs on them which shows they dnt clean,it’s not worth the price. I have videos as well.

Condo was nice and clean when we arrived. Just a few suggestions....curtains are needed in the main area for the person who sleeps on the sofa as well as help with the heat. Electrical outlets need to be replaced.....everything you plug in falls out.
Overall loved the condo with gulf view and will definitely stay again. The Aegean is our favorite place to stay.

This resort condominium offers a gorgeous setting and a relaxing destination that is ideal for vacationing families. At Aegean 219, you’ll find tons of amenities, with a spectacular sunrise and sunset view from the oversized balcony of this gulf front condo. The beautiful and breathtaking views are enhanced by the 650 feet of private white sandy beaches along the property as you'll see from your balcony. Look out at palm trees swaying in the wind and the white sandy beaches and emerald waters not only from your balcony but from the den and the primary bedroom. You will awake with an ocean view every day of your vacation! Step off the beach and into the cool refreshing pool wit beautifully landscaped property. You may want to retire to the pool after a good game of tennis on one of the two tennis courts on the property. There is also a relaxing gazebo where you can enjoy a picnic with the family or BBQ. Come to The Aegean and enjoy a truly memorable vacation! Unit 219 is a second floor unit with stairs and an elevator and plenty of parking. One of the largest two-bedroom condos in the area. The unit offers breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive balcony. The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to an exciting day! The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with a view that will amaze you. Imagine lying in bed and staring at the waves lapping the shore while enjoying your morning coffee in bed. The second bedroom for the kids has three twin bunks and plenty of closet space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. The condo features not one, but two sofas for plenty of family time. One sofa is a also a sofa sleeper so the unit sleeps a total of 7 comfortably. The open gourmet kitchen area is huge as well and the open concept with the den makes for great conversation while cooking. It features beautiful granite countertops with attractive custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Of course, it has cable and Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer in the unit. The Aegean books quickly and has a ton of repeat guest as it is family-oriented gulf front and close to everything! Once you stay here you will never stay anywhere else! Condo was nice and clean when we arrived. Just a few suggestions....curtains are needed in the main area for the person who sleeps on the sofa as well as help with the heat. Electrical outlets need to be replaced.....everything you plug in falls out.
Overall loved the condo with gulf view and will definitely stay again. The Aegean is our favorite place to stay.

Best beach around.

The air conditioning did not work like it should. It was hot upstairs, so hot that you couldn’t sleep. There was a flood from air conditioning unit the very first day after we arrived at 4 notified property manager and no one came until next day. There was so much water in the floor that we used all the towels provided and it still ran out into the dinning area which made the floor very slippery and dangerous. Management said they would bring us new towels. They did not. Fridge did not cool our stuff until the 3rd day there.The amenities said there was a sofa bed. And there was not. I personally feel that if you are going to pay that amount of money everything should be tip top shape. I will not rent this unit again.

We also brought you extra towels that you left in the bag by the door and never used. We do not advertise a sofa bed for this unit sorry about that. 7 Days for 2500 In Destin during peak season is an absolute bargain and all our other guests have loved this unit we are sorry you did not. We wish you well in future travels.

This huge, bright, and colorful condo is located in the Tops'l Resort Summit building, where you'll wake up each morning to absolutely stunning views of the Gulf and the Miramar Beach shoreline. Take in the view from huge windows in the primary bedroom, studio bedroom, and living room. Enjoy coffee, sweet tea, or a cocktail on either of the two private balconies! The condo has a king bed in the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and a large guest bathroom in the hall. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a brand-new dishwasher. Check out the gorgeous view from the open living and dining area. There is also a sofa sleeper in the den. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably! The studio boasts a king size bed, full bathroom with a tub fit for a mermaid, a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The units are separated by a door that can be locked for privacy or kept open based on guest preference. On the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be a short walk from the sugar sands of Miramar Beach, shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and tennis courts. You can ride the free tram to the beach and dine at two wonderful restaurants on-site. The condo has a king bed in the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and a large guest bathroom in the hall. Me and my daughters friends had a wonderful time at the house. There was plenty of room for me (alone ) and for the 5 of them. We had gust of wind that came and took the door from my hands and it banged against the outside wall, cracking the door and they seemed to be understanding of this although I never heard from them. I do think that the door should swing inside ad out side doors are suppose to.

Overall the house was fine. The space was adequate. The location was great. However, there are several things about the house that really need some attention. 1. The owner leaves a vehicle in the driveway. This took away from the driveway space. The promotional photos do not show this vehicle. 2. The rugs/carpets in the house are old, worn out, and dirty. They should be replaced. 3. The sink in the 2nd floor bathroom does not drain well. 4. The commode in the 2nd floor bathroom does not always flush. 5. The patio area outside the 1st floor bedroom is a wild mess. It needs to be cut, cleaned, and overall improved. 6. The bedroom on the 1st floor with bunk beds has a strange smell. 7. The refrigerator was not cool when we arrived. It is missing a drawer. One of the racks in the door continued to fall out. 8. The dining area needs some type of window covering for the afternoon sun. 9. One of the outlets in the dining area did not work. 10. One of the outside chairs on the 2nd floor fell through when I sat in it. 11. Overall the inside walls need to be repainted and the floors need to be thoroughly cleaned/restained

This house is great for a big family there were 14 of us (8 adults, 6 kids) plenty of room for all of us. Bedrooms are spacious. Master bedroom is absolutely perfect. •1st floor 2 rooms of bunkbeds & laundry room •2nd floor kitchen-king bedroom (extremely hot, we couldn’t ever get it to cool down), •3rd bedroom master & other king room

Great location, spacious rooms, good price, great communication with the host, pool was right across the street, beach was extremely close I loved that we could just walk & rent chairs/umbrella (so much easier than carrying all that stuff down) plus you’ll have a spot reserved for your whole group.
There is a crockpot& Keurig/coffeepot.
•Cons
Kitchen is on 2nd floor, the propane tank was empty when we arrived and the grill was very nasty covered the whole bottom of it in grease, the backyard needs works really bad it had trash & dirty clothes from the group before us &it was not enclosed like what we thought and not very big. We also had to go buy trash bags, paper towels,detergent, soap, kitchen towels (you cannot use white towels to clean up any spills or messes)& refill of the propane tank because there it was empty or not enough to last us 7 days there. The host said I should receive a refund for propane tank but still haven’t. Bad smell from the kitchen.
Again it was a great house but we had to spend a lot of extra things which should have already been there.

I will start off by saying that the property was clean, in close proximity to the beach and most beds were comfortable. The disappointment came from the general condition of the furniture, appliances and cookware. The BBQ was inoperable and extremely dirty. The cookware was old and scratched. The oven took forever to heat (over 1hr to 350F). The dryer took 2 cycles to dry clothes. Diningroom chairs were wobbly and the couch was stained. General condition is a vacation rental past it's prime and attention to creature comforts are neglected.

Super easy check in, codes were emailed in advance. The unit was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Everything needed for a week or longer at the beach was provided. Beach access is convenient and the view from the balcony was specgtacular. This is not an ocean front unit, but you can see the gulf and the bay...if only the other high rises did not obscure part of the view. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy when asking about the type of coffee maker and if we could rent the unti an extra day when we were not quite ready to leave.

My family and I had a great vacation. The condo was very clean. It's not a deal breaker, but it would be nice if there was a dresser in the extra bedroom to put your clothes. That's not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Super easy check in, codes were emailed in advance. The unit was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Everything needed for a week or longer at the beach was provided. Beach access is convenient and the view from the balcony was specgtacular. This is not an ocean front unit, but you can see the gulf and the bay...if only the other high rises did not obscure part of the view. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy when asking about the type of coffee maker and if we could rent the unti an extra day when we were not quite ready to leave.

Overall, a good experience. Unit was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Good location, close to beach and restaurants. However, the unit needs updating. The furnishings, paint and decor are tired, bathrooms need some refurbishing. The curtains in the bedrooms were tempermental (the tension rod kept falling down)

The condominium was conveniently located to just about everywhere we wanted to go to. The bedrooms were great with plenty of space. The only issues encountered were that the mattress in the second bedroom was too soft for our needs, next was the toilet and bathtub in the main bedroom needed some work. The toilet fill valve needs to be replaced it doesn’t shut off, neither does the bathtub faucet. Otherwise, the stay was quite enjoyable. We were able to do and see everything we wanted to see and do.

The sofa sleepers in the condo needed to be replaced....one was especially uncomfortable. We contacted maintenance and they did purchase a blow up mattress. The shower in the master was not operational... maintenance did come repair it the same day. Condo needs

First off let me say that we enjoyed our stay at this condo...

With that being said, the condo was comfortable and if there was an issue (we had one with the AC), it was addressed quickly and without any issue.

The condo was nice, but as other that have stayed, it truly needs some updating. Understanding that we were out of the condo for the majority of the time, it could have really nice.

Beach access was easy enough. We were told by the "security guard" on the beach that we had to go to one side of the beach as the other side was for the guests at the condo's on the beach. It didn't say anything about which side we needed to go to in the house manual or on the website. Ultimately, we went where we wanted to go - it was just a little annoying.

I was very disappointed with this condominium. It’s in need of serious repairs and updates. Carpets, throw pillows and furniture were stained. Bathroom fans, and shelves were rusted. Missing baseboards, scraped paint. It had a bad odor. Needs new coffee maker. Had issues with toilets flushing. However, it was clean which is a plus. Location was great.

Property booking, confirmation and stay was good, location is great. However, to my disappointment, this property needs lots of updating, from the old, over used furniture to the kitchen utensils from the the 80s, very minimal pots and pans. The bathrooms needs simple updates for the price that they are charging.

The condo is only steps to the sandy white beaches and emerald green waters that make Destin famous & an even shorter walk to the luxurious pool & tennis courts. Best of all you are located on Scenic Gulf Highway which is an incredibly quiet, walking-friendly, two-lane road, with gorgeous views, sidewalks, & famous restaurants.
