World famous Captain Dave’s restaurant is just across the street & Kenny D’s famous Cajun Bar & Grill is also just a few steps away.

For shopping, the outlet malls, bowling lanes, movies, & super Walmart are less than 2 miles. There are two large bedrooms here; the primary has a fantastic king-sized bed & en-suite bathroom, & the guest room has a queen bed with the hall bathroom just outside the doorway. The unit comfortably sleeps eight & unlike large high rises, access to parking, the pool & the beach are all just steps away. If you are looking for a quiet family-friendly vacation with access to all Destin and 30A have to offer & do not want to break the budget this condominium is perfect for you.

202-A at the Enclave is in the heart of Destin & has everything you will need for a memorable vacation, from the amazing swimming pool to the tennis courts & easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is a perfect spot, large enough to sleep your entire family yet also a comfy retreat for one or two couples. It is truly a dream vacation spot!

The Enclave features a large swimming pool with a large sun deck & a clubhouse with restrooms. Just a short walk will take you from the huge pool to the beautiful emerald gulf waters. You will be able to use the private beach access to get to the beach. The property also offers two tennis courts & a sand volleyball court that are available for you to use anytime. Grills are also located on the property. A coin-operated on-site laundry facility is available for guests to use & is located on the same floor as the unit.

Championship golf is close by, & you are also conveniently close to the nationally known Silver Sands Premium Outlets, as well as family fun at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. You will love the easy access to all Destin has to offer, you are in the center of it all.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (the “Damage Protection Premium”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
