This gorgeous three bedroom over-sized condo has floor to ceiling windows in the den and dining area which makes for great views! there is also a balcony off the dining area for your morning coffee. Scenic Gulf Drive is the place to be!
If you're looking for some R & R, then "Patti's Place" is perfect for you. This condo is directly across from the beach, within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, steps to walking and bike trails and just a short drive to the Outlet Mall, and all Destin and 30! have to offer.
This 3 bedroom condo is perfect for a family and comfortably sleeps 8. Nice view of the pool and grill area from the balcony. The primary bedroom offers a mid-century King bed and bath with walk in shower and open closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and two twin beds are in the third bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the den.
Updated kitchen with all modern appliances and ceramic tile floors. Fully equipped for a quick lunch on the go or ready to prepare a dinner for the family.

We rented the property for five days over the Labor Day holiday. The location of the property was awesome. When I saw the location online I thought we would have a long walk to the beach. I was very happy to realize that the walk took no time to get to the beach. We rented chairs on the beach and it was great.

I had troubles with the date and requested help to switch the home to a 5 guests only, the person thet reponded me was very rude and mentioned that due to the politic it is not possible. I sent couple of options that I would like her to review, she never answered back.
I went to Destin and was there 4pm, the department was note ready, they did not answer.
Vrbo helped me with a refund.
it called my attention the bad service and lack of care to the customer. The owner wrote a mail after and said I thought you cancelled it.
It costed Usd 1200.00 aprox, how can someone consider that a customer can loose that amount of money without not even responding or calling?
Never mind, I do not recomment this place.

Mrs. Torres we are sorry you had a bad experience unfortunately none of the above is true. You booked a unit 4 days before your arrival and all of the terms and conditions clearly stated that no cancellation is allowed that close to arrival. You signed that you understood this policy. You then sent us over ten emails begging to cancel because as you stated " your plans had changed" requesting to cancel and saying you have done this in the past. We attempted to resolve your issues but were not able to do that. we prepared you unit as we do any other and on your day of arrival we sent you the check in information. Once you arrived our housekeeping staff brought by the two extra sofa sleeper bedding that you requested. Nothing we did lead you to cancel, you simply changed your mind and or the number of guests. We spoke with you via multiple email, two calls and many texts and you made the decision to leave the unit. We wish you well in future travels!

We had a great experience at Patti’s Place. The condo was beautiful and close to the beach. It’s just a short walk across the street and this area of beaches are private to the vacation rentals so it was less crowded than the places with public access. Make sure you’re entering the gate with the rental property name listed or your code won’t work, haha. Our directions said go to the street and enter the gate on the left so we walked to the crosswalk to the left and kept trying to enter the gate directly in front of the cross walk, that was not the correct gate and caused us issues. So, if you use the crosswalk to the left follow the sidewalk back down to the right and enter the correct gate. The beach is gorgeous!
The mattresses could be updated as they were not very comfortable and it would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to have the facility laundry room close by in order to wash bath linens everyday. Management was quick to respond with any issues. There is an abundance of restaurants and stores near by; great location!

Large enough to comfortably accommodate our large family, clean and oh so quiet! We never heard anything, not a single sound from a neighbor, not a thing, it's like they're soundproofed... wonderful experience, definitely stay here. Beach access is super close and very private, not at all crowded like most other areas. Definitely stay here.

It had everything but a washer and dryer in the room but other than that it was nice and I would stay again.

Thank you for the review. We are not quite sure what fire he is speaking of as no other guests reported that this week. Of course when an elevator goes out for a short while the stairs are the only option. We attempted to contact the guest but he did not answer or return our call. We checked the building one hour after his call and everything was working perfectly and no one on site had any idea what he was referring to about a fire. Thanks.

Place needs a good deep cleaning and refresh. Furniture well worn, not real comfortable. Location was fantastic and Patti’s Place was very nice place to stay. Building was quiet and easy to get to
